Exciting News for UAE-Based BTS Fans: Pre-Orders Open for BTS 10th Anniversary Stamps

If you’re a devoted BTS fan in the UAE eagerly waiting to get your hands on the group’s 10th anniversary-special stamps, here’s some great news for you. The stamps, which were initially available for pre-sale orders in Korea last month, can now be ordered by fans residing outside the country as well.

The K-pop sensation recently collaborated with Korea Post to release these stamps, commemorating their remarkable journey over the past decade. The on-site sale of these special stamps will kick off on June 13, coinciding with the exact date of the band’s debut 10 years ago.

BTS made their debut in South Korea on June 13, 2013, with their single album ‘2 Cool 4 Skool’. To celebrate their incredible discography, the cover designs for these commemorative stamps feature artwork from various albums throughout the group’s history.

According to the Korea Post website, a total of 1.5 million stamps are available in 10 different versions. Additionally, there are 250,000 commemorative packets, each containing a sheet of 10 stamps and a special stamp book showcasing portraits of BTS members.

The online pre-sale for these stamps, which commenced on May 22 for Korean fans, sold out within a mere three hours. Now, the pre-order webpage (www.koreastamp.or.kr) for BTS fans abroad is live, offering the commemorative packet set at a price of KRW 20,000 (approximately Dh56.50).

For international shipping to the UAE, an additional cost of $22.08 (around Dh81.10) will be applied. Therefore, UAE fans can expect to pay Dh136.41 when placing an order for the coveted commemorative packet.

On June 17, BTS will celebrate their momentous 10th anniversary with a grand festival in Seoul. While the band hosts an annual hometown festival called Festa, this year’s event will undoubtedly be a significant milestone.

Taking place in Yeouido, Seoul, the festival will be open not only to the band’s loyal fanbase, known as Army, but also to the general public. More details regarding the festival will be announced at a later date.

In another exciting development, BTS will release a memoir titled “Beyond the Story: 10-Year Record of BTS” in July. Written by journalist Myeongseok Kang, the oral history of BTS is set to be released on July 9, coinciding with a significant date for the Army – the fan group’s 10th anniversary.

With the pre-sale orders now open for overseas fans, the BTS 10th anniversary stamps offer a perfect opportunity for UAE-based Armys to celebrate and cherish the remarkable journey of their favorite K-pop group.
