Ajay Devgn revealed a fresh poster of his upcoming psychological thriller “Shaitaan” on Monday. Sharing it on Instagram, he captioned, “When it comes to family, he’ll fight every #Shaitaan. Coming to cinemas on March 8, 2024.”
In the poster, Ajay sports an intense expression. Fans quickly filled the comment section upon its release.
One user eagerly wrote, “Can’t wait!”
Another asked, “When will the trailer be released, Sir?”
The film also stars R Madhavan and Jyotika in pivotal roles.
Recently, the filmmakers unveiled the first track, “Khushiyan Bator Lo.”
Ajay shared a snippet of the song on Instagram, and captioned, “Every moment with family is precious and beautiful! #KhushiyaanBatorLo song now available on #panoramamusic YouTube channel. Link in Bio. #Shaitaan hits cinemas on March 8, 2024.”
Sung by Jubin Nautiyal, composed by Amit Trivedi, and penned by Kumaar, the song features Ajay, Jyotika, and their children enjoying a vacation, with a brief glimpse of R Madhavan’s character at the end.
The makers also unveiled the official teaser, which garnered massive responses from fans. Offering a brief glimpse into the world of “Shaitaan,” R Madhavan’s sinister smile at the end sent chills down viewers’ spines.
Presented by Jio Studios, Devgn Films, and Panorama Studios, “Shaitaan” is produced by Ajay Devgn, Jyoti Deshpande, Kumar Mangat Pathak, and Abhishek Pathak, and directed by Vikas Bahl. The Vikas Bahl directorial is set to hit theaters on March 8.
In addition to “Shaitaan,” Ajay will star in Neeraj Pandey’s upcoming directorial, “Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha,” opposite Tabu. This unique musical love story and epic romantic drama spanning 20 years, set between 2002 and 2023, will be a multi-language release. Saiee Manjrekar and Shantanu Maheshwari also feature in pivotal roles, with the film slated for release on April 26, 2024.
Ajay’s lineup also includes producer Boney Kapoor’s period drama, “Maidaan,” an untitled supernatural thriller with R Madhavan, and Rohit Shetty’s action thriller, “Singham Again.” The latter boasts an ensemble cast including Kareena Kapoor Khan, Deepika Padukone, Akshay Kumar, Ranveer Singh, and Tiger Shroff.
Furthermore, Ajay will reprise his role in “Raid 2,” directed by Raj Kumar Gupta, who helmed the first installment.
The sequel, currently in production, is supported by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Kumar Mangat Pathak, and Abhishek Pathak under their banners T-Series and Panorama Studios, as reported by ANI.
