The UAE is set to enjoy a three-day weekend in celebration of Prophet Mohammed’s birthday this Friday. While the weather may not be conducive for a day at the beach just yet, there are plenty of activities to keep you and your family entertained.

Friday in Abu Dhabi: Consider a visit to Snow Abu Dhabi in Reem Mall, a sub-zero family-friendly park featuring 20 rides and attractions within a captivating enchanted forest theme. Suitable for children over three, it offers a range of exciting activities, including the Troll Bowl, Flight of the Snowy Owl, and Drift’s Downhill Run. The park is open from 10 am to midnight on Friday and Saturday, and from 10 am to 10 pm on Sunday.

Friday in Dubai: For those in Dubai, Wild Wadi is offering an all-you-can-eat package with a variety of food options for visitors. Open from 10 am to 6 pm, this waterpark experience includes Greek salads, chicken wraps, hot dogs, pizzas, burgers, and more. Online booking prices are Dh255 for children under 1.1 meters and Dh290 for adults.

Friday in Umm Al Quwain: If a staycation is more to your liking, consider Vida in Umm Al Quwain. With child and pet-friendly facilities, including pools and a private beach with water sports, it provides a relaxing escape. Room rates start from Dh1,054 for three people.

Saturday in Abu Dhabi: Explore the newly opened beauty store at Reem Mall by Bloomingdale’s, featuring products from luxury brands like Chanel, Dior, Hermes, and exclusive collections. The store is open daily from 10 am to 10 pm.

Saturday in Dubai: Visit Ishara Art Foundation to experience Mumbai artist Sudarshan Shetty’s solo exhibition, “Only Life, Myriad Places.” This exhibit showcases Shetty’s diverse works, including videos, installations, sculptures, and a historically significant collection of water utensils. The exhibition runs until December 9, from 10 am to 7 pm on Fridays and Saturdays.

Saturday in Sharjah: Check out the newly launched Bounce outpost in Sharjah, an indoor trampoline park offering classic activities, an infinity wall, a dodgeball court, and a new Ninja Warrior-style obstacle course called X Run. Open daily with varying hours, entry starts from Dh75.

Sunday in Abu Dhabi: Secure tickets for Charlie Puth’s concert at Etihad Arena. The American pop star will kick off his Asian tour, featuring hits like “That’s Hilarious,” “How Long,” and “One Call Away.” The concert begins at 6 pm, with ticket prices starting from Dh270.

Sunday in Dubai: For a family-friendly experience, take children aged three to ten to Leo and Loona, an indoor attraction in Dubai Festival City Mall. With over 30 activities, including trampolines, ball pools, and climbing walls, it offers a fun-filled day from 10 am to midnight on Fridays to Sundays at Dh129 per child for two hours.

Sunday in Ras Al Khaimah: Consider a day trip to Ras Al Khaimah for the Daycation Playcation package at Rixos Bab Al Bahr. Priced at Dh125 per child and Dh500 per couple, this pass includes unlimited access to the resort’s facilities from 11 am to 6 pm, including a buffet lunch at Seven Heights and unlimited drinks at Isla Beach Bar.
