UAE Jobs: New Training Program to Prepare Prospective Employees

The Dubai Health Authority (DHA) is set to introduce the Elite Programme, an innovative initiative aimed at attracting Emirati citizens to work in various sectors and specializations within the DHA. This program offers citizens training opportunities across specialized and advanced programs to enhance their personal, scientific, and professional skills and capabilities.

Participants in the Elite Programme will have the opportunity to gain experience and gradually take on additional roles, tasks, and responsibilities over the course of one year. Those who demonstrate competence during the training period will be appointed to positions based on their progress.

Ahmed Al Nuaimi, CEO of Joint Corporate Support Services at the DHA, emphasized the organization’s commitment to increasing Emiratization rates and attracting national talents to specialized roles. The program aims to create a competitive environment for citizens seeking employment opportunities.

The Elite Programme includes a package of benefits and incentives for participants. Trainees will receive monthly financial rewards and gain hands-on experience in industry-related tasks and responsibilities.

Noura Al Midfa, Director of the Human Resources Department at the DHA, announced that the program will be launched soon, and interested Emirati citizens can apply through the Dubai Careers website.
